After careful consideration of your meeting needs and a thorough understanding of your goals, strategies and budget, we will begin the search for the ideal location and setting for your meeting. We will then present you with a complete overview of multiple options for your review and consideration.

Data Consolidation

We will keep you completely organized by providing you with a detailed overview of all your hotel or resort options consolidated in one space so you do not have to refer to multiple notes, completed RFP's and other miscellaneous documents.

Contract Negotiation

As a result of our long standing relationships with our hotel and resort partners along with our economies of scale we are able to negotiate extremely favorable contract terms on your behalf, minimizing your risk and maximizing your value.

Key Deadline Oversight

We will keep an eye on things for you as your meeting draws near, with timely reminders of your key upcoming deadlines.

Site Inspection Coordination

We will be pleased to arrange your hotel or resort site inspection(s). From airport pick up to drop off, we will handle all the details of your on property visit and provide you a complete itinerary prior to your trip.

On Property Logistics, Coordination and Execution (if Needed)

Although Strategic Hospitality Solutions' primary focus is site selection and contract negotiation, we do have access to and affiliation with several of the most prestigious, full service Meeting Planning organizations in America. If you need help on-site, we can certainly provide the custom solution you require.*

Even the best planned meetings do not always go as smoothly as anticipated. When the rare bump in the road does occur, we will be there for you, as your advocate, to help resolve the issues with a positive outcome.
